Cordova, TN, September 18, 2006 – Hospitality Management Advisors, Inc., one of the nation's premier hotel management companies announced the Courtyard by Marriott I-10 West in Houston, TX as the Hotel of the Year for their portfolio of hotels. This coveted award was announced at the Awards Dinner at their annual Managers Conference held in August at Lake Lanier, Georgia. The rigorous criteria for this award includes: superior financial performance, excellent franchise inspections and an increase in guest service scores in a year over year comparison.

The Courtyard by Marriott I-10 West won this award based on exceeding franchise inspections at the 90% level, year over year revenues grew 20% with 45% of this increase being delivered to the owners in gross operating profit and consistently exceeding the brand average in overall satisfaction scores based on responses from our guests. These awards were announced at their annual Managers Conference held in August at Lake Lanier, Georgia.
