Hospitality Management Advisors, Inc. to provide management for the Courtyard by Marriott Memphis-Collierville, TN
Cordova, TN, March 15, 2008 – Hospitality Management Advisors announced the opening of the Courtyard by Marriott Memphis-Collierville. Hospitality Management Advisors led the development and design of the hotel and has agreed to manage the newly built 131 room property. The Courtyard by Marriott Memphis-Collierville is owned by Southern Hospitality LLC, part of a Memphis-based real estate development company. Hospitality Management Advisors is the management arm of Wright Investment Properties.
The Courtyard is an anchor to the Avenues of Carriage Crossings shopping center east of Memphis, a very upscale life center with over 850,000 square feet of retail. The Courtyard Memphis-Collierville is one of the first to feature the new state of the art Facets design package along with Wright’s upscale design influence in the public areas.
