This coveted award was announced at the Awards Dinner at their annual Managers Conference held in August at Lake Lanier, Georgia. The Courtyard by Marriott I-10 West won this award based on exceeding franchise inspections at the 90% level, year over year revenues grew 20% with 45% of this increase being delivered to the owners in gross operating profit and consistently exceeding the brand average in overall satisfaction scores based on responses from our guests.
