Our operations team will visit the property, review the market, financial data and the owner's objectives and advise on the most appropriate plan to achieve those objectives. We will tailor our services in a macro to micro approach, meaning we will understand the underlying economic trends that affect the market, the location in the market and the particular property's dynamics. If renovation is required due to a change of flags or repositioning we will make recommendations, apply professional design and develop a budget to maximize the owner's investment.
After our initial analysis of the present sales team we will develop our Sales & Marketing plans and support strategies that monitor performance to goals on an ongoing basis. Our marketing programs are designed to increase occupancy, maximize revenue and improve profits. A targeted and aggressive sales approach helps deliver cost effective and profitable results.
If the hotel is a full service property then food and beverage operations are aggressively promoted to the clientele as well as the local market, resulting in increased revenue and visibility of the hotel within the community. Whether elegant or casual dining, we create a comfortable, friendly atmosphere with exceptional service.
Financial and managerial accounting systems are the cornerstone for strategic decision making. Our timely, accurate information enables us to respond quickly and decisively to any problem or challenge. Our reporting systems include such vital information as cash flow forecasting, narrative financial summaries and capital expenditure tracking. Audits are performed on a regular basis. Through our Human Resource Division, we provide complete staffing services, including comprehensive and on-going training, employee screening and payroll services.
The system that we use to monitor our Company's performance results areas is called The Tools of Hotel Management. These are the monitoring devises that we have developed to improve performance and analysis of our business on a daily basis. They include Takeover Checklists, Operational Checklists & Manuals, Accounting Procedures, Owners Reports, and Monthly Sales Reporting & Procedures, Yield Management, Web Site Design and Miscellaneous Manuals and Strategies. Other daily monitoring consists of daily sales and payroll management reports and Profit Focus. We also utilize comment cards provided by most of the franchisors along with our management company comment card system. Our system provides a uniform guest response tool to measure our guest satisfaction during a hotel stay.
