At Wright Investment Properties we care about the communities we operate in and believe it is our responsibility to be a good corporate citizen in the neighborhoods where our associates live and work. We believe the well being of a town has a direct bearing on the success of the hotel's we manage and our employees. It is no coincidence that the success of a hotel like any other business is directly linked to the success of the surrounding community.
Our goal at Wright Investment Properties has always been to positively impact the communities where we work. We do this by building relationships, encouraging philanthropy and promoting goodwill inside and outside the company. Our giving nature doesn't stop with our guests. At both the Wright Investment Properties corporate office and at our hotels we're extremely proud of the integral role of the betterment of our surrounding community.
Wright Investment Properties partnered with Memphis Union Mission, a charity that serves the homeless, to establish a transitional house for men. This facility, called the Wright Transitional House, has enabled men who were formerly homeless to become self sufficient members of the community. One of our proudest moments as a company was when the Wright Transitional House at the Memphis Union Mission note was paid in full during the fall of 2005.
Endeavoring to continue our philanthropic efforts, Wright Investment Properties joined forces with the Make-A-Wish Foundation ® of America to engage the hotel industry in helping make wishes come true!
